Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
Opened or used food products
Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
Change of mind or taste preference
Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Replacement will be issued for damaged or incorrect products, subject to availability.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Asambu Hills is a reserve forest situated above Azhagiapandipuram village in Kanyakumari District. It is one of the rarely explored areas in Tamil Nadu rich in flora and fauna and home for exotic and rare forms of medicinal herbs. There is also a private estate on the top of the hill called Victoria Estate.
